Saul is a Partner in FGMK’s Tax Practice and has over 30 years of experience in taxation, including tax planning and tax deferral strategies related to corporate merger and acquisition transactions and corporate reorganization structuring. He also advises real estate companies about the use of like-kind exchange transactions, pass-through entity business structuring, and the cost segregation studies. He has substantial experience providing sophisticated tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and representing businesses and individuals in IRS tax audits.
Saul’s industry expertise includes broker-dealers, proprietary trading companies, manufacturing, distribution, advertising, real estate, environmental, and service businesses.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2002, Saul held positions at Arthur Andersen and Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser, where he became senior manager of the firm’s largest engagement.
