John is a Director in FGMK’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. He has 10 years of consulting experience in a wide variety of practices, including transaction advisory, operations, strategy, restructuring and turnaround and financial restatements. His recent transaction advisory experience focuses on buy-side and sell-side, financial due diligence and quality of earnings reports within the healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and service sectors.
John has performed transaction advisory services for acquisitions and debt investment transactions ranging from $10 to $375 million. His transaction advisory responsibilities include creating quality of earnings reports, reporting financial performance and advising buyers/sellers throughout the sale process, pre- and post-acquisition accounting research and post-acquisition integration.
He has also led healthcare strategy and operations engagements consolidating large health systems pharmacy operations, increasing inpatient and outpatient pharmacy productivity and developing strategic outpatient pharmacy offerings. In addition to healthcare consulting, he has assisted S&P 500 firms with global product strategy and the restructuring of a $225 million pleasure boat manufacturer.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2015, John was a manager at Huron Consulting Group, where he served clients in healthcare and financial consulting for over eight years. His prior experience includes pharmacy operations and strategy, financial restatements, valuation, transfer pricing litigation and restructuring for large multinational organizations.
