Fuad Saba is a Tax Partner and leads FGMK’s Specialty Tax Practice (STP). He has over 25 years of experience in providing international tax and transfer pricing services to Fortune 1000 and middle-market businesses. He has focused on international tax and transfer pricing matters for the majority of his career. He provides his clients a broad range of services, including structuring for international transactions and operations, tax planning for cross-border merger and acquisitions, foreign tax reduction strategies and tax planning for inbound investments into the U.S.
His transfer pricing experience includes strategy and planning, documentation, controversy management, Advance Pricing Agreements and Competent Authority matters. He has advised U.S. and foreign-owned public companies as well as privately-owned and entrepreneurial companies.
His industry experience encompasses manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, mining, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, telecommunication and cable television, and software and technology.
As leader of the STP, Fuad coordinates FGMK’s efforts across a number of highly complex tax consulting fields, including international tax, mergers and acquisitions, Research and Development tax credits and other federal tax credits and incentives.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2014, Fuad was a national office partner with a Big 4 accounting firm and served as Vice President of International Tax for a Fortune 200 company. He has spoken before numerous industry and professional groups on topics including international tax structuring, transfer pricing and the OECD “BEPS” initiative and the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. He is fluent in four languages and enjoys discussing tax and transfer pricing matters in all of them.
