Saul E. Rhum


Saul has more than 30 years of experience in taxation, including tax planning and tax deferral strategies related to corporate merger and acquisition transactions and corporate reorganization structuring. His industry expertise includes broker-dealers, proprietary trading companies, manufacturing, distribution, advertising, real estate, environmental and service businesses.

In addition, Saul advises real estate companies about the use of like-kind exchange transactions, pass-through entity business structuring and the cost segregation studies. He also has substantial experience providing sophisticated tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and representing businesses and individuals in IRS tax audits.

Prior to joining FGMK as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Tax Division in 2002, he held positions at Arthur Andersen & Co and Altschuler Melvoin & Glasser, where he became senior manager of the firm’s largest engagement.
