Mario is both the firm’s Managing Partner and an active client service partner. In both roles, Mario focuses on strategic growth opportunities that build business value.
Mario has been advising clients for more than 20 years in all aspects of business performance. By carefully analyzing his clients’ operations and structure, he is able to recommend actions to generate increased profitability through sustained tax-efficient growth. Mario has advised many clients through the full mergers and acquisitions cycle, working with them as they expand. He also is adept at advising companies on how to restore growth and profitability when a business has stagnated.
Mario’s clients include closely held businesses in manufacturing, distribution and service industries. He also advises high-net-worth individuals.
In his capacity as the firm’s Managing Partner, Mario has been instrumental in building a more complete and extensive service offering for the firm’s clients through acquisitions, as well as the addition of experienced professionals in key service lines.
Mario joined FGMK in 1989. He was promoted to Partner in 1994 and became FGMK’s Managing Partner in 2000.
