Glenn is a Managing Director in FGMK’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. With more than 20 years of professional experience, including over 15 years working on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, Glenn has advised private equity, strategic clients, investment banks and individuals in Chicago and across the globe. He also has experience of advising companies undertaking the process of a public offering of stock on the London Stock Exchange.
Recent highlights include advising on the sale of a heating equipment manufacturer, the sale of a motor fluids manufacturer to a large overseas buyer, the purchase of a waste distribution business, several healthcare companies, and the purchase of a marketing services company.
Glenn is diligent to ensure he fully understands and meets the needs of his client as well as the operations of the target business. His industry expertise includes construction, business services, chemicals, distribution, food and beverage, healthcare, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail and technology, among others.
Prior to joining FGMK, Glenn spent the majority of his career with Grant Thornton, both in the UK and US where he was most recently a director in the Transaction Advisory Services team of Grant Thornton in Chicago.
