Fuad’s transfer pricing experience includes strategy and planning, documentation, controversy management, Advance Pricing Agreements and Competent Authority matters. He has worked with U.S. and foreign-owned public companies as well as privately owned and entrepreneurial companies. His industry experience encompasses manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, mining, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, telecommunication and cable television, and software and technology.
As leader of the Specialty Tax Practice, Fuad coordinates FGMK’s efforts across a number of highly complex tax consulting fields, including international tax, state and local tax, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, Research and Development tax credits, the Domestic Production Activities Deduction, and other tax credits and incentives. The STP is staffed with experienced tax professionals who are technical tax specialists in their chosen fields and who work together to provide integrated tax planning solutions to clients.
Fuad has over 25 years of experience in providing international tax and transfer pricing services to Fortune 1000 and middle-market businesses. He previously was a national office partner with a Big Four accounting firm and served as Vice President, International Tax for a Fortune 200 company. Fuad has spoken before numerous industry and professional groups on various topics including international tax structuring, transfer pricing and the OECD “BEPS” initiative. He is fluent in four languages and enjoys discussing tax and transfer pricing matters in all of them.
